Animal Homes

Animals have homes just like you and me -- and now is your chance to learn all about them!

Join the McHenry County Conservation District for Animal Homes from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Sept. 4 at Brookdale, 18410 US Highway 14 in Woodstock.

Enjoy a short hike at Brookdale. Everyone will look for signs of animals while learning where they live, what they eat, and what they need to survive. And try to catch a glimpse of animals of the wetland, woodland, and prairie, too!

Youth under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is also registered for this program. To register for this program online be sure and include both the adult and all youths on the same order.

This program is free for residents and cost $2 for non-residents.
